The objective of the proposed utility model is to improve the effectiveness of the work of PA tripping, improving safety for the crew and landing / equipment to be lifted, and the possibility of carrying out in all weather conditions, including ice conditions. The problem is solved by placing mines and lowering and lifting equipment within the vessel in a heated room. Moreover, the descent and ascent divers and PA can be performed in the mine cab to be installed via a lifting-lowering shaft and movable equipment along the vertical guide shaft troughs. The shaft is equipped with a waterproof bottom lid which may be closed remotely via, for example, hydraulic drive. The proposed mine lifting divers and PA allows you to minimize the number of manual operations, eliminate the need for the working boat during their ascent / descent, reduce the impact of hydro-meteorological conditions, to ensure the safe conduct of tripping operations in ice conditions, reduce the risk of PA damage and injury to the crew, to produce tripping any type PA (considering the shaft dimensions), which distinguishes it from the prior art.
