The invention relates to the field of gas industry and is an improved method of preparation of commercial production of gas condensate deposits. Installation for deethanization (STC) comprises a column 1 deethanizer, the two-phase separator 2, 3, the output of the first three-phase separator 1 is connected to the input of irrigation column 1 deethanizer, the first heat exchanger 4 for heating the STC is set at the input of the second three-phase separator 3, the output of which is connected to the input power deethanizer column 1 through the second heat exchanger 5 to heat the STC, the outlets for gas-phase separators 2, 3 and 1 deethanizer column are connected to drain line 11 deethanizer gases.
