The process of differentiation of typical and atypical strains of Yersinia pestis main subspecies medieval biovar comprising DNA isolation strain PCR provdenie with hybridization-fluorescence light of using the oligonucleotide primers and probes for target "Med24" and "pCKF" following composition: primers direct Med24 RealTime-S GCCAGTGTGTGTCTAAA, reverse Med24 RealTime-As CAACATTCGTCGCAAAG and probe Med24 Zond FAM-ACATTGTGCTGGACTCACAGCCCC-BHQ1, primers direct pCKF RealTime-S AACCGCCTAAGCACTTTAT, reverse pCKF RealTime-As CGTCAGGAACTCAACGAA and probe pCKF Zond FAM-ATCAGAGAGCATTTGAGCGGTTG-BHQ1, and separation of typical and atypical strains ednevekovogo biovar by the absence of hybridization-fluorescence signal on both DNA targets at typical strains and its presence on both target DNA in atypical strains.
