METHOD TO ASSEMBLE FRAMELESS ROTUNDA SITE HUTS FROM SANDWICH PANELS UNDER FIELD CONDITIONS

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: method to assemble frameless rotunda site huts from sandwich panels /S-P/ under field conditions. Ready sets supplied to the construction site for assembly of rotunda site huts from sandwich panels in the form of semi-finished products are first assembled into large blocks, by means of fixation of their metal plates into a groove with further tinning of seams with a solder in place of the assembly. Then onto the deepened tubular rod, the protruding part of which is slightly higher than the erected structure, the floor block is placed first, then on the protruding lower plate along the entire circumference of the floor they install a wall block, connecting its external plate with the lower plate of the floor into a groove with subsequent soldering of the seam by a solder along the entire circumference, then a stock from S-P in the form of a pipe section with a tight bottom and exhaust holes at the too is placed on the rod as a ceiling support. Afterwards the ceiling slab block is installed, and the same as with the floor block, the external plate of the ceiling slab with the external plate of the wall block is connected into a groove, but without soldering.;EFFECT: reduced time of assembly and reduced weight of a structure.;4 cl
