First, scanning of head-neck body part in accordance with high resolution method is performed in position with arms stretched along the body. Immediately after finishing scanning, 1/3 of calculated quantity of non-ionic radiopaque substance is introduced intravenously, patient's arms are put behind head and preliminary scanning is performed with covering area from pelvis to neck including. 5 minutes after initial introduction of radiopaque substance, the remaining 2/3 of contrast substance are introduced at rate 1-1.5 ml/sec and scanning is performed in manual mode.;EFFECT: method ensures reduction of X-ray load on child, reduction of examination time, optimal visualisation of not only vascular and parenchymal phase, but also delayed - excretory phase, which makes it possible to determine traumatic injuries of interbal organs, skeleton, thoracic cage, abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space, ruptures of hollow organs and hematomas of various localisation in children with combined trauma.;2 dwg, 1 ex
