Upper part has a flat support part and a cylindrical part, the inner surface of which has the shape of a polyhedron. Cylindrical part is provided from above with a wall with an opening. The shank has an outer surface corresponding to the inner surface of the cylindrical part, has slots and is inserted into the cylindrical part.
