The method is characterised in that in the molecular-genetic formula and the barcode in addition to identification DNA fragments of different sizes, amplified as a result of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), other structural changes of genomes are made, such as deletions, duplications, single nucleotide substitutions (SNP-Single nucleotide Polymorphism), identified in the comparative analysis of nucleotide sequences after sequencing of genomic DNA.;EFFECT: invention enables to identify effectively the woody plant species at the nucleotide level.;7 cl, 1 dwg
