FIELD: radio engineering, communication.;SUBSTANCE: method is based on computer-aided comparison and detection of differences between a map of relative arrangement of objects constructed by a triangulation technique based on data on distances between "friendly" mobile objects, obtained in real-time, using an imitation-secure RTLS network mounted on mobile objects, and a map of the real arrangement of mobile objects ("friendly" and "foreign") generated by combat radar of fire support means; provides automatic scaling and automatic processing ("projection" of planar maps or images of the spatial arrangement of "friendly" objects on a "screen plane" of the combat radar) of information coming in real time; provides clarity, automatic "graphic association" of targets to the coordinate system of combat radar and to guidance systems of striking means; the method does not require full replacement of armaments and can be implemented using existing radio communication technology.;EFFECT: imitation security, noise immunity, information safety, nonsusceptibility to the Doppler effect and thermal stability.;3 cl, 8 dwg
