FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rewinders of band material. Proposed rewinder comprises feeders, spooler assembly, drive and drive actuator. Feeders are equipped with initial roll locking assemblies. Toll locking assemblies are composed by spring to be engaged with drum. Said spring is engaged with tightening device. Additionally, it comprises extra roll locking assembly composed by pressure roll. Feeders and spooler have bars mounted in cantilever. Bars run in bearings. Sleeve locking assembly is composed by drum board. Drum board can displace relative to said bar. Locking is performed by nut fitted on the bar threaded end.;EFFECT: simple design, reliable operation.;4 cl, 8 dwg
