FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: complete echocardiography is performed to determine a dyssynergia index and the presence of mitral regurgitation. The findings are used to detect the presence of hemodynamically relevant coronary artery stenosis by the value of function F that is calculated by the original formula. If F=1.95, the presence of hemodynamically relevant coronary artery stenosis is diagnosed, while F=-0.766 shows the absence thereof.;EFFECT: technique enables high accuracy detection of ischemic heart disease in the patient with using no invasive method, eg coronary angiography, which ensures the lower risk of developing intraoperative complications.;2 ex, 1 tbl
