FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: microwave signal is generated by means of a sweep-frequency generator. That is followed by exposing an organ and receiving the signal from the organ by at least one probe. A frequency offset and resonant amplitude variation of the received signal are determined and used to find dielectric permeability and conductivity of the parenchymatous organ. The stages from sampling to grafting are periodically controlled to assess conductivity and dielectric permeability dynamics. The second probe is used to control the above parameters for a preserving liquid similarly. The variation of the above parameters of both the organ, and the preserving liquid from the initial values are used to evaluate a percentage of the organ's dead cells and a degree of grafting applicability. Periodical control is performed at a scanning frequency of 1 time in 5 minutes. If the above parameters appear to vary by approximately 1% from the initial value, the scanning frequency is increased up to 1 time in 3 minutes. If the above parameters appear to vary by approximately 2% from the initial value, the scanning frequency is reduced to 1 time a minute.;EFFECT: invention provides high-accuracy assessment of the grafting applicability of the parenchymatous organ and detection of violation of the storage conditions as soon as possible by increasing the scanning frequency.;6 dwg
