FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: one-stage rest forearm bones reduction and fixation with 4 K-wires are performed. Two extra-articular wires are brought at an angle from a radial bone towards an ulnar one, and two wires are brought at an angle from the ulnar bone. Thereafter, the K-wires are splinted from heads of metacarpal bones to the upper one-third of the forearm.;EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of immobilisation, preventing potential postoperative complications related to a long-term functional immobility.;1 ex, 1 dwg
