METHOD OF GROUND LAYING OF OIL AND GAS PIPELINES THROUGH ROCKY AND MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: in this method a pipeline is mounted on supports, pivotally attached to bases. A dismountable pipe shell covering the pipeline with a horizontal bolted and flanged coupling of the upper and lower elements is fixed in the upper part of each support. In this case each support is designed of two beams of a similar size, arranged at an acute angle to each other, the top of which is oriented towards the support surface. Each beam is pivotally connected to the flanged couplings of the pipe shells fixed on the pipeline by the upper part and by the lower part it is pivotally connected to the base with a possibility of rotation of the beams in a plane, located along the pipeline axis. Two steel wire ropes, secured by the upper ends on the pipeline between the upper hinges of the beams and by the lower ends with hooks using loops on the base between the lower hinges of the beams, are installed symmetrically on both sides from the pipeline with inclination in the opposite direction from the pipeline.;EFFECT: acceleration of the pipeline installation process, use of supports of one size at a different height of the pipeline location in its different areas, increase of the lateral and longitudinal stability of the pipeline, increase of its operational reliability.;2 dwg
