FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: 30 minutes after arterial reperfusion of a donor kidney, a microdialysis two-canal polyurethane catheter is implanted into its cortical substance. A mini-pump is used to inject a perfusion solution into the catheter through an internal canal to produce an intercellular substrate. The produced material is examined for lactate, pyruvate, lactate/pyruvate ratio, and glycerol for 12 hours. If observing the 12-hour lactate level more than 3 mmole/l, lactate/pyruvate ratio more than 18, glycerol level more than 250 mcmole/l, a developing allograft dysfunction with a delayed function or non-function is predicted.;EFFECT: fast and reliable early postoperative prediction of the initial function of the renal allograft by controlling specific parameters enabling assessing the interstitial metabolic changes observed in the graft for the first postoperative hours.;2 ex
