Symptoms of a disease are pre-grouped taking into account a condition of the symptom adequacy to one of the criteria: involvement of the gastrointestinal and other organs into the infectious process, intensity of the primary clinical symptoms of the disease, objectification of the patient's complaints. Three sets are formed: the first set includes the symptoms according to the criterion of the involvement of the gastrointestinal and other organs into the infectious process; the presence thereof is assigned with 1 point, and the values are summed up. The second set involves the symptoms described by the criterion of the intensity of the primary clinical symptoms of the disease; the intensity of the primary clinical symptoms of the disease are evaluated up to 3 points if observing the severe intensity of the symptom of the disease, and the values are summed up. The third set involves the symptoms according to the criterion of objectification of the patient's complaints; the intensity of the symptom is assigned with 0 points if observing no symptoms, and up to 3 points if observing a severe manifestation of the symptom of the disease, and the values are summed up.
