FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to processing of thermosetting polymers, particularly, to production of compacted material suitable for use in thermosetting polymers and to compacted material thus made. Proposed process comprises the steps that follow. (a) Application of at least one primary powder material. (b) Application of at least one fused polymer for surface treatment. (c) Simultaneous or consecutive feed of said primary powder and said fused polymer to high rpm mixer with cylindrical processing chamber. (d) Mixing of said primary powder with said fused polymer in said high rpm mixer.
