The specified rotor assembly (15) comprises a master rotor (12) and one or more slave rotors (7), made as capable of rotation around parallel axes (16, 18) of accordingly the master and slave rotors (12, 7). The master and slave rotors (12, 7) comprise mutually alternating helical blades (17, 27), which stretch along the spiral accordingly around the axes (16, 18) of the master and slave rotors (12, 7) radially outside from circular hubs (51, 53) of the master and slave rotors, circumscribed around the specified axes (16, 18). In the axial inlet (20) there are mutually overlapping circular windows (10, 11) for master and slave rotors, stretching radially between a body (9), surrounding the rotor assembly (15), and hubs (51, 53) of master and slave rotors. Helical blades (17) of the master rotor change from zero to full radial height (H) in direction (D) downstream in an inlet transition section (28).;EFFECT: possibility to increase efficiency of a component and a plant in respect to thermodynamic processes of compression, combustion and expansion.;9 cl, 26 dwg
