The liner has two fabric layers (1, 2) made of different materials. One layer is folded for specified number of times and exhibits high dimensional stability and high capacity for retaining liquid. Another layer exhibits high transport capacity and absorbency for the liquid. The layers are made of calmuc, hush cloth, double hush cloth or cotton flannel. The layers are firmly sewn with each other for transporting and receiving the liquid. An adhesion tissue is attached on the surface of the fabric layer by a Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener) fastener system to absorb the liquid.
