The planer (2) has an earth leveling scoop (20) connected with an assembly board (40) over a ball-and-socket joint. The earth leveling scoop is moved by pressure medium cylinders relative to the assembly board according to a condition of the ball-and-socket joint. The cylinders are coupled at the earth leveling scoop and at the assembly board. The cylinders are provided for selective displacement of a pivoting angle, transverse inclination angle (beta) and an intersection angle of the earth leveling scoop relative to the assembly board. An independent claim is also included for a tractor or a construction machine.
