The circulator has internal gears formed on a pinion (1) and a toothed crown (2) provided with a floating sealing ring (3). A circulator is driven by an electrical motor with an embedded rotor and operated at work pressure that does not exceed 10 bars. The ring separates suction and discharge zones and moves to compensate geometrical defects of components. The ring has established dimensions, such that wedging effect between a pinion and the crown is avoided. Initial distance between interior and exterior radii of the ring is defined by distance between the pinion and the crown.
