The combination has a replaceable adapter (3) supported in an opened recess and connecting a metallic lamp housing with a lamp housing holder i.e. column candelabra. A console is brought into the recess and arranged from a rear side of the recess and parallel to a side surface of the recess in an extended manner. The adapter has a U-shaped coupling piece (30) that is inserted into the recess. The coupling piece is overlapped with the console with a lateral bearing flange (39) and a connecting cover surface. Two LED carrier plates with flat screwing surfaces are arranged in the housing.
