The safety bollard has a ground plate which together with a support plate and a rod forms a rod hinge (20). The support plate is permanently connected with the ground plate by a spring (30). A bollard body (50) is fastened on the ground plate. An anchorage of the ground plate consists of screws which firmly connect through corresponding bores in the ground plate to the base. The anchorage of the ground plate consists of base anchors and sockets (10), where the socket is cylindrical or tubular.
