The watch has an hour display (32) that is provided on a dial (36) of the watch. An information display (33) is provided on a periphery of the dial of the watch. The latter display is arranged for indicating unspecified information. A series of flaps (3, 3') is pivotally mounted between each of a set of wheels in a direction of the periphery around an axis parallel to a rotation axis of the wheels. A positioning spring is arranged for maintaining the flaps in place such that the flaps are kept in a display position irrespective of orientation of the watch.
