The timepiece has a disk (14) of cities carrying indications to identify time zones of world and moving in rotation in reference to a twenty-four hours disk (12) connected kinematically to an indicator. A kinematic connection is provided between the disks and comprises a kinematic transmission crown (24) interposed between the disks. An adjustment element (20) adjusts universal hour and drives the crown. Unidirectional drive systems (28, 30) are respectively provided in upstream and downstream of the transmission crown.
