The arrangement has an input rotary drive (7) connected to a driving device (9). An output rotary drive (8) is connected to a cooling fan (1). Column-shaped spaces (7i, 8c) are provided between the input and output rotary devices. Control parts (12, 13) supply a variable amount of a viscous liquid from a reservoir (7g) to the column-shaped spaces. Outlet passages (7f, 16) are provided to pass the liquid from the reservoir to a cooler (20). Inlet passages (7d, 15) provided to pass the liquid from the coolers to the reservoir. Passageways are provided between the reservoir and the cooler.
