The method involves arranging an underside flocking layer (3) at the bottom portion of the utilizable floor mat in form of carpet made of synthetic or natural material. The flocked double floor covering is loosely and reversibly attached with respect to the topside flocked surface. The upper side flocked double floor elements are laid loosely into tiles or sheets. The underside flocking layer is introduced directly into a plastic or thermoplastic backing layer without an additional adhesive. An independent claim is included for utilizable floor mat.
