Described herein, a device, a system and a method for controlling a temperature drift and / or a power drift in a digital phase-locked loop (dpll). The device has a dpll, which has a digital filter, in order to make a fine code for controlling a frequency of an output signal of a digital controlled oscillator (dco) of the dpll, a logic unit to generate the fine code, in order to monitor and a compensation signal based on the fine code, and a tension adjusting unit for updating of a power level for the dco based on the compensation signal, wherein the updated electric power supply level necessary that the digital filter is intended to effect the fine code in the vicinity of the center of a complete region of the fine codes via different temperatures, and wherein the digital filter the fine code in the vicinity of the center of the entire area is intended to produce by means of a power supply drift.
