The method involves using a ring (1) and an external bushing (2). The ring and the external bushing are connected below each other by a flexibly closed rope (3). The rope is supported on a rotational bearing, and fastened on the ring and the external bushing. The ring is rotated, and a rotational torque is transferred to the external bushing by the rope. A rotary body is rotated around an axis of an inner bushing (13), which is laid coaxial with the external bushing. The inner bushing is provided with capability of rotating and fixing relative to the external bushing.
