The sleeve (10) has an end part (20) for forming an annular gap (30) with an expand portion (12). A set of turning flow holes (15) is aligned in a same direction as a flow direction of a gas to an inner surface of the sleeve at an acute angle, where the gas is introduced into an outer side of the holes. The holes are formed at regular intervals in the expand portion and aligned parallel along a circumferential line of the sleeve. The end part is arranged in a plastic housing sleeve (40) that is provided with a powder gas power connection (41). An independent claim is also included for a multi-powder-coated component.
