The tensile gear wheel (1) comprises teeth that are supported on a ring by resilient or plastic deformation of one or more cones. The teeth are widened on the ring by axially applying the forces to the cones so that the tooth backlash of the gear box is adjusted. The torque transmission of the cones is occurred on the ring by using the rollers inserted into grooves of cones.
