The arrangement has piston washers (15) provided in sliding contact with a cylinder raceway (4) and/or comprising reciprocally radial or punctiform oil-absorptive element. The washers exhibit same or different intensities. The washers are radially displaceable with respect to each other. The washers are pre-tensioned over a counter bearing (16) and actuatedly connected with a spring element (9). A piston (12) is actuatedly connected with the spring element. The piston comprises oil inlet apertures (7) and oil outflow holes (13).
