The internal combustion engine (10) has the eight cylinders (1-8) that are fluidly connected to the duct elements (18a-18h) respectively. The duct elements are connected together to the exhaust gas outlets (30,34) of the exhaust casing element (16), by dividing into two groups with respect to the exhaust gas outlets. The exhaust gas casing element is fluidly connected to a charger (24).
