A transmission mechanical system comprises two transmission arms (22, 24) in or at bridges (11, 12) i.e. kink bridges, which are connected with focusing elements (15, 17) at an end in tubes (3, 5). Another threaded element (28) is arranged and connected with the transmission arms and coacted with the former threaded element such that the latter threaded element and the transmission arms are displaced axially along the former threaded element by rotating the focus button.
