An elastomer element (20) is arranged in another component region (16) between the fiber reinforced plastic part and the workpiece. The elastomer element comprises a smaller brittleness than a hardened adhesive for joining the fiber reinforced plastic part and the workpiece. The workpiece is provided as a metallic workpiece. The elastomer element comprises through holes by which the adhesive is filled.
