The method involves offering digital code to user reading digital code by electronic device. The communication link between control and management unit and electronic device is built. The user in control and management unit is registered by presenting code to obtain access and use authorization and handing over of authorization and usage data corresponding to digital codes to device for checking access or use authorization for realization of access. The digital code added with contact details provided by electronic device is updated by control administrative unit. An independent claim is included for handling system.
