The fluid-operated linear drive (1) has a fixed lower carriage (2) and an axially movable upper carriage (3), where a working cylinder (4) acted upon with pressure medium is integrated in the lower carriage, through which the upper carriage is axially movable from a pressure medium connection (5) on the lower carriage as a result of the pressure medium loading. An axially displaceable sleeve (11) is arranged in a front-sided bore (9) for setting a maximum elongation of the upper carriage. The sleeve is located on an axis (10) with a piston rod (8).
