The device has through-hole provided in a prosthesis shaft. A channel (6) includes first outlet (4) for connecting to the through-hole in the prosthesis shaft and a second outlet (14) which is connected to the pump and valve (24). The valve is switched to a first mode and to a second mode, where the valve is operated as one-way valve in the first mode and is operated as two-way valve in the second mode. An independent claim is included for prosthesis system.
