The device (1) has an applicator (7) which transports building material (8) from dosing chamber (4) to building chamber (5). An irradiation device irradiates building material coated at the respective portions of object (9). The applicator containing side guide and coating unit, is connected to drive device by a coupling unit. The side guide connected to coating unit by a connector, is inserted into a cavity of the wall of building module (3). The side guide is connected to a driving belt which is arranged to cover the aperture of the wall of building module.
