The rocket propulsion structure has an induction coil (7) which excites the formation of azimuthal current flow. The plasma in the gaseous working medium is ejected by the force of electromagnetic interaction of a nozzle. The working medium in the plasma state is accelerated with the aid of current magnetic field directed along the axis, for increasing the shear force and for increasing the efficiency of the electrical rocket propulsion. A three-phase alternating-current winding portion is mounted on an outer surface of a cylindrical working chamber (2).
