The body e.g. Maltese cross gears (1a, 1b), has a functional element exposed to centrifugal force, which exerts a radial movement pattern. The functional element includes a radial movement pattern during the delayed rotation and/or standstill of the body by a resilient medium with opposing direction to a line of application of the centrifugal force. The functional element is designed as a component of compressor units (2a, 2b) and a linear generator. An electric motor and/or generator periodically accelerated and carried-out up to the standstill delayed rotating movements.
