The radiator grill assembly (1) has a main air inlet enclosing a support frame (2), where multiple closing flaps (3) are rotatably mounted between a closed position and an open position at a flap rotation axis. A flap lever (3.1) is integrally formed or designed at closing flaps, and are provided in operative connection with a sliding bolt (7). A valve frame (4) for receiving the closing flap is provided with the sliding bolt and an actuator (5). The valve frame is formed in two-piece, and is fastened at the support frame of a radiator paneling in frictional-, positive- or cohesive manner.
