The lifter has a screw thread-shaped circulating coil shaft rod (4) provided with a distally arranged tip (2) i.e. dilation tip, such that the rod is screwed into an abdominal wall and lifted relative to a lateral retention device (6), where the retention device is lateral outwardly directed with the wall to provide an abdominal, endo-surgically usable cavity. The shaft rod exhibits different diameters, different number of thread turns and different cross-section geometries in a round-shape or a horizontal rectangle-shape with round edges. The rod is attached to a retaining ring (5).
