The dispensing device has two pivoting points (5,8) located in a row, while a bracket is used for an elbow operation or for a lower arm operation. A spray head (22) of a bottle (21) is engaged and fixed through a cantilever bracket (6). A longer bottle is held or supported using a bottle support (11), while the shorter bottle is held or supported using a bottle support flap (12). The dispensing device is fixed on a wall by a wall panel. A handle (3) has a recess (4) for a traction lever (23) of the spray head.
