The lamp (1) has a transparent glass or plastic sheet (9) that is arranged on a light exit surface of a lamp housing (8). A transparent hard coating containing a coating mixture of 21-25 wt.% urethane-acrylate oligomers, 5-7 wt.% epoxy acrylate oligomers, 40-44 wt.% reactive monomers, 2-4 wt.% reaction initiators, 24-28 wt.% viscosity modifiers, and 0.3-0.5 wt.% additives, is applied to the sheet. The milli structures with intermediate transition regions are unevenly and randomly distributed on the coated surface by modifying the reflective characteristics of the sheet.
