The wall retainer (1) has a support bracket (10) that is adhered against the thermally insulated substructure adapter (110). A molding portion (130) is rigidly connected between support bracket and substructure adapter. The support bracket at the building wall (2) is arranged to face the adapter surface of a molding portion (90). The molding portions are made of the foamed hard PVC. The wall thickness of the molding portions is set in range of 4.5-10 mm.
