Measuring device for trace gas analysis, comprises measuring sensor for recording and electronic conversion of acoustic excitations, and laser light source for generating laser light with wavelength variable in frequency tuning range
The measuring device (1) comprises a measuring chamber (2) for receiving a measuring gas and a laser light source (7) for optical excitation of the measuring gas in the measuring chamber using a laser light (8). A measuring sensor (9) is installed for recording and electronic conversion of acoustic excitations resulting from optical excitation of the measuring gas. The measuring sensor is tuned to a modulation frequency of a modulation of the laser light. The laser light source is installed to generate laser light with a wavelength variable in a frequency tuning range. An independent claim is included for a measurement method for trace gas analysis.
