The device has a cylindrical rotor unit including permanent magnets at an outer circumference. A tape-like fixing device (1) with two-component-materials (3, 4), and a membrane (2) are wound around the rotor unit in a circumferential direction such that the magnets are supportingly fixed at the outer circumference of the rotor unit. Hardening of components of the fixing device, the two-component-materials and the membrane, or hardening of the two-component-materials and the membrane is activated by mechanical influences, where the component-materials and the membrane tighten the fixing device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rotor device.
