The pipeline has a metallic media-prominent pipe surrounded with a thermal insulating layer that surrounds a jacket tube (4). The thermal insulating layer consists of a cement mortar layer (2) surrounding the media-prominent pipe, where the cement mortar layer consists of polyurethane rigid foam surrounding the cement mortar layer. The jacket tube is made of plastic material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC or polyamide. Thickness of the cement mortar layer is in the range of 10-100 mm and 30-100 mm.
