The backpack (1) has a weapon bag for receiving a long gun such as rifle, and a luggage bag (4), and a shoulder strap. Each of the weapon bag, luggage bag, and the shoulder strap is arranged with a fastening device such as Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener), through which the weapon bag is detachably attached to the luggage bag. The shoulder strap is able to be releasably attached to the weapon bag and the luggage bag. A lid pocket (6) is arranged with the fastening device such that the lid pocket is able to be attached to the luggage bag.
