The apparatus (10) has a fan for producing air-flow (14). An air-moving, air conditioning component (18) i.e. refrigerant vaporizer, is arranged in an air conditioning channel (16). A bypass channel (20) is parallelly switched to the air-moving, air conditioning component. A flow element (22) i.e. flow grid, is arranged in the bypass channel for homogenization of bypass airflow (24). A bypass damper (50) is provided in the bypass channel for regulation of bypass air stream. An air guide element i.e. air deflector panel, is provided in a mouth area of the bypass channel.
